This outdated curriculum, lacking in both practical relevance & theoretical depth, leaves our budding agents ill-equipped for the real-world missions that lie ahead. At Operation: ADULTing^®, we've recognized this critical intelligence gap. Our mission is to provide these young adults with cutting-edge knowledge  skills that are not just theoretically sound, but also intensely practical and directly applicable to the challenges and opportunities of the contemporary landscape they are about to navigate.

In our mission to prepare young adults for the covert world beyond school, we offer expert navigation through the scholarship jungle and demystify the FAFSA enigma, alongside ensuring fluency in W-2 logistics. Our goal: to secure a role they don't just fill, but relish. We arm them with the essential arsenal for resume and cover letter creation, coupled with an authentic vision of the world they're about to step into. Every decision in high school/college is a strategic move, setting the course for a seamless transition into university and the vast unknowns of adult life.
With unwavering commitment and a bit of dedication, we've decoded the essentials for collegiate success, arming guardians of these budding operatives with the necessary gadgets and intel for those poised to step into university or dive headfirst into the real-world arena.

There may be careers these young adults have not considered or even heard of in the fields of: science, space, technology, engineering, arts, and media; pre-covid, O: A™ would team with companies and other organisations for corporate sponsored Shadow Days in order for students to experience a "Day in the Life" of their future career title.

At Operation: ADULTing®, we uphold a high level of confidentiality & discretion for several strategic reasons.
Firstly, we've already encountered instances where our innovative programme ideas were appropriated by long-established organisations. A notable example is our concept of back-to-school survival packs and graduation gift baskets, which was replicated by multiple organisations with 50+ years in the field shortly after discussions with us.
Additionally, there have been attempts to access our valuable donor lists, with evidence of such attempts even surfacing on platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok.
We've also observed instances where unique methods of student engagement and interactive learning techniques, originally developed by our founder, were mirrored by others without acknowledgment or collaboration. This not only undermines our creativity but also the authenticity of our programmes.

These experiences have taught us the importance of maintaining an element of secrecy to protect the integrity of our work & the trust of those we serve. It's not just about safeguarding our ideas and resources; it's about ensuring that the unique experience we offer to young adults remains exclusive, innovative & impactful.
